RVVP flexible pure-copper data-transmission shield-cable enquiries include two through eight cores. The described round stranded copper or tinned-copper version uses PVC insulation and jacket. Aluminium-foil plus tinned-copper shielding is specified with a 300/300V rating and −20 to 80°C working range.
Select the four-core size and required copper finish
Four-core choices include 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.5 sizes. Give the exact conductor-size units with the required copper finish and role of each core. Include strand dimensions, finished PVC layers, shield termination and terminals in the selected drawing.
What data interface and environmental brief apply?
Identify the actual data-interface requirements and equipment circuit load for the proposed connection. Communication-audio, broadcast-sound and automotive/electronic duties can be specified with their routing and exposure. Keep the complete required thermal range and finished connection lengths with the chosen core and shielding schedule.
Request applicable RoHS, CCC, CE or ISO9001 scope for that specific cable. State the required finished dimensions and terminal arrangement with the equipment brief. Review the selected conductor finish, core map and shielding together against the actual interface and operating conditions.
Specify the sample and supply request for the chosen core map
Free samples can be requested for the selected four-core or alternate cable enquiry. State total metres and finished connection lengths with the exact size basis and copper finish. The offering includes 1m lengths and a 100-metre minimum order; keep the reviewed data-interface and termination drawing with that supply request.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
