RVVP flexible PVC-sheathed screened signal-cable enquiries include two-, three- or four-core requirements and two-core 0.3mm, 0.5mm or 0.75mm size requests. Oil resistance is stated for this cable enquiry. The described round or custom stranded copper construction has PVC insulation and jacket with aluminium-foil plus tinned-copper shielding at 300/300V and −20 to 80°C.
Set the conductor units and screened two-core or alternate layout
Give exact conductor-size units, core roles and strand dimensions for the selected connection. Specify finished PVC layers, shield arrangement and shield termination together. Include terminal geometry and finished connection lengths in the required two-core or alternate drawing.
What oil exposure and equipment conditions apply to the cable?
Describe actual oil exposure with the audio, broadcasting, computer, instrument, automation or electronic connection. Give the equipment interface and circuit load, complete working-temperature requirement and routing conditions. Keep these details with the selected conductor/core and PVC-screening construction.
Review the finished layers, terminal fit and shielding arrangement against the actual equipment brief. Retain the required conductor units and connection lengths with the same oil and thermal conditions. Use that selected drawing when defining the screened cable needed for the proposed interface.
Quote the screened core schedule for the finished connection metres
Supply enquiries can identify the selected size basis and required core map together. State total metre quantity and finished connection lengths with the 1m offering and 100-metre minimum order. Include the actual oil, thermal and interface requirements with the reviewed PVC and shielding drawing in that quotation request.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
