RVVP flexible shielded signal-control cable enquiries include three-, four-, five-, six-, seven- or eight-core requirements. Size requests include 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2.5mm. The described RVVP/LiYCY/AWM2464 round or custom stranded copper version has PVC insulation and aluminium-foil/tinned-copper shielding at 300/300V and −20 to 80°C.
Give each conductor its role in the selected multicore drawing
Specify the exact designation and conductor-size units with the chosen number of cores. Define strand dimensions and the circuit role of each conductor for that connection. Include finished insulation/sheath layers, shield termination, equipment terminal geometry and required connection lengths in the same drawing.
What equipment conditions define this screened connection?
For the chosen three- through eight-core connection, describe the communication-audio, broadcast-sound or automotive/electronic interface to be served. Give its circuit load and complete thermal, routing and exposure requirements. Review the intended conductor roles, size basis and finished shielding layers together against that equipment brief.
Request applicable selected-style, CCC, CE, RoHS or ISO9001 scope for the chosen version. Identify the selected designation, conductor dimensions and termination schedule in that enquiry. Keep the cable evidence associated with the same core map, shielding construction and intended equipment connection.
Order metres against the reviewed three- through eight-core schedule
For OEM/ODM supply, identify the selected conductor size and multicore shielding drawing. Send finished cut lengths and total metres for the 100-metre minimum order, including any 1m offering needed. Include the equipment-interface and thermal brief with those lengths so the quotation follows the intended construction and termination arrangement.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
