RVVP flexible shielded control-wire enquiries include 99.99% pure copper, three-, four- or five-core requirements and 0.5mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 4mm or 6mm sizes. The described round stranded copper PVC-insulated shielded version combines aluminium foil with tinned-copper shielding. Its specified rating is 300/300V with a −20 to 80°C working range.
Set the pure-copper size and conductor roles in the chosen core layout
Define exact conductor-size units and the required three-, four- or five-core arrangement. Give strand dimensions and each conductor's circuit role with finished insulation/sheath layers. Include shielding termination, equipment terminal geometry and finished cable lengths in that selected construction drawing.
What actual equipment duty and applicable approval scope are required?
Describe the communication-audio, broadcast-sound or automotive/electronic interface and circuit load for the intended connection. State complete thermal requirements, route and exposure. Keep the proposed copper/core drawing and termination arrangement associated with those actual equipment conditions.
Request applicable CCC, selected approval/style, RoHS, CE or ISO9001 scope for that construction. Identify the required conductor dimensions, core roles and shielding version in the evidence enquiry. Review the chosen layers and terminal fit against the same electrical, thermal and environmental brief.
Specify cut lengths for the selected pure-copper core arrangement
For OEM/ODM supply, identify the reviewed conductor-size basis and core schedule. Send total metres and finished connection lengths for the 100-metre minimum order, including any 1m offering required. Retain the actual equipment brief and applicable approval-scope request with that cable quotation.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
