The actual five-core RVVP option is described for signal/data connections with flexible copper conductors, PVC insulation, braided screening and a PVC jacket. The electrical designation is 300/300 V, and the working range is −10 to 70°C.
Map all five signal conductors to the equipment
Identify each conductor function, receiving contact and required end preparation. Specify conductor dimensions with explicit units and the selected strand construction. Provide the actual signal/data interface, operating voltage and load. Retain the five-conductor map with the intended connection requirements rather than deriving a protocol or data rate from the cable-family name.

Define braid material and completed layer geometry
Agree braid construction, material and terminations for the real equipment interface. Show screen treatment at both ends alongside terminal fit and cable geometry. Include insulation/jacket dimensions and any screening acceptance requirement. Keep the selected flexible construction with the same five-core and contact drawing.
Review the route and thermal conditions
Describe actual movement duty, routing, exposure and complete operating-temperature needs. Compare the conductor/braid arrangement with those equipment conditions, requesting relevant electrical, thermal or screening information for the selected version.
Complete the finished signal/data cable schedule
State required connection lengths and quantity. Retain the approved five-conductor terminal map and finished layer drawing with the actual interface requirements so the proposed supply can be assessed against its intended signal/data path.
