RVVP/RVSP shielded signal-cable enquiries include two-, three-, four-, five- or six-core requirements and eight conductor-area requests: 0.08, 0.12, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.75mm². The described flexible RVVP/LiYCY/2464 round or custom stranded copper PVC-insulated version uses aluminium foil and tinned-copper shielding at 300/300V.
Select the small conductor area with its designation and core roles
State the exact RVVP or RVSP construction required by the connection. Give the selected area, conductor count and strand dimensions with the role of each core. Include finished insulation/sheath layers, the required shielding version, shield termination and terminal geometry in that chosen drawing.
Which full thermal range and signal-interface conditions are needed?
Specify the complete working-temperature requirement for the selected small-area cable. Describe the actual communication-audio, broadcast-sound or automotive/electronic interface and load. Provide route, exposure and finished connection lengths with that conductor and core arrangement.
Request applicable selected-style, CCC, CE, RoHS or ISO9001 scope for the chosen construction. Identify the area/core map, strand dimensions and termination schedule in that enquiry. Review the proposed finished layers and shielding together against the actual equipment and thermal requirements.
Prepare the small-area drawing for the OEM metre quotation
OEM/ODM supply enquiries can follow the selected conductor area and core schedule. Include finished cut lengths and total metres against the 1m offering and 100-metre minimum order. Retain the intended designation, shield version and complete operating brief with those requested lengths for the reviewed cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
