Three-core RVVP/RVVSP flexible shielded signal/control cable enquiries include 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm or 4mm sizes and a 300V requirement. A broader 6mm size can be requested. The described round stranded pure-copper or tinned-copper PVC-insulated/jacketed shielded version uses aluminium foil and tinned-copper shielding at 300/300V and −20 to 80°C.
Give the three conductors their exact size units and circuit roles
Choose the required designation and conductor finish with the actual three-core or alternate map. State strand dimensions, completed PVC layers and shielding termination. Include the equipment terminal arrangement and finished cable lengths in that selected conductor drawing.
Which signal-interface and full thermal brief should guide selection?
Describe the actual communication-audio, broadcast-sound or automotive/electronic interface and circuit load for the three-core connection. Give complete working-temperature requirements, routing and exposure. Keep the proposed size basis and conductor roles with the same equipment conditions.
Request applicable RoHS, CCC, CE or ISO9001 scope for that chosen version. Include the selected core/finish schedule, shielding and terminal geometry in the evidence enquiry. Review the finished PVC construction against the actual interface, load and full thermal requirement.
Request a three-core size and finish sample with the metre schedule
Free samples are available for the selected cable enquiry. Send the reviewed three-core size/finish drawing and required finished lengths with total quantity. Include any 1m offering needed and the 100-metre minimum order alongside the actual connection requirements in that supply brief.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
