RVVP/RVVSP shielded signal-cable enquiries for RS485 connections include a five-core arrangement, broader two- through eight-core requirements and 0.2, 0.3 or 0.5mm² areas. Flexible round stranded pure-copper, oxygen-free-copper or tinned-copper PVC-insulated construction with aluminium-foil/tinned-copper shielding is described. Select the actual designation, conductor area or gauge, core roles and finish together.
Define the custom conductor and electrical version for the core drawing
Gauge requests can include 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 or 24AWG, with custom single-wire dimensions from 0.1 to 3mm. Selected voltage versions include 300, 450, 600, 750 or 300/300V. Specify strands, finished layers, shielding, connectors and terminals for the chosen construction.
Which thermal version and actual RS485 equipment conditions apply?
Thermal enquiries include 0 to 50, 0 to 70, 0 to 90, −20 to 0, −30 to 105, 50 to 100, −55 to 150 or −20 to 80°C, and 105°C or 250°C requirements. Agree the selected materials and full range with the actual interface, load, route and exposure. Medical-equipment enquiries need their equipment-specific conditions.
