The actual three-core RVVP selection is a flexible screened control-cable request for equipment signal wiring. Copper conductors, PVC insulation, braided screening and a PVC sheath are described with a 300/300 V designation and −10 to 70°C working range.
Lay out all three conductor functions
Identify the actual receiving circuit and assign each core to its intended terminal. Specify unit-qualified conductor sizes, strand construction and terminal preparation. Include insulation thicknesses, the finished sheath and overall geometry with the conductor map. Retain the selected flexible construction and three-core arrangement throughout the equipment drawing.
Define the braid and its connections
Keep braided screening as the featured screen requirement. Establish the chosen braid material, construction and finished dimensions with its end terminations. Mark how the braid connects at the equipment and how it is treated at both cable ends. Identify any required screening acceptance information for the actual circuit and routed cable arrangement.

Set the operating requirements for the signal route
Provide actual circuit voltage and load, movement conditions, routing and exposure. Retain the stated −10 to 70°C range with the selected build and full installation requirements. Check conductor dimensions, braid connections and terminal fit against the intended equipment.
Complete the reviewed cable schedule
Request relevant electrical, thermal and screening information for the chosen construction. State required finished lengths and quantity with the three-core conductor/braid drawing. Keep that specification attached to the supply enquiry so cable geometry, terminal preparation and screen treatment can be compared with the real equipment connection.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
