RVVSP/RVVP twisted-pair shielded control wire is described with round stranded copper and PVC insulation at 300/300V. Enquiries include 2, 4, 6 or 8 cores, with broader 10- or 12-core requirements. Define the exact pair and conductor counts for the selected equipment connection.
Assign every material to the required shield or sheath layer
Set out the aluminium-foil and tinned-copper layer roles in a complete shielding and sheath drawing. Include conductor-size units, strand arrangement, finished PVC dimensions and terminal geometry. Keep shield termination and finished pair lengths with that same selected construction schedule.
What complete thermal and interface brief applies to the equipment?
Provide the full required working-temperature range, actual interface/load, route and exposure. Identify the intended automotive, industrial, electronic, computer, motor-winding, appliance, instrument or automation connection. Include the actual RS485 interface requirements where that version is requested, using the chosen pair/core and shielding layout.
Any medical-equipment use should follow the exact selected cable and equipment-specific requirements. State those conditions with the conductor dimensions and termination drawing. Retain the full electrical and environmental brief when reviewing the proposed wire for the intended equipment duty.
Quote the pair and layer construction in the required roll lengths
OEM/ODM enquiries can specify the selected pair/core map and foil/tinned-copper layer arrangement. Packing is described as 100m rolls, with a 1m offering and a 100-metre minimum order. Give finished connection lengths and total quantity against the reviewed shielding, sheath and terminal schedule when requesting supply.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
