This fused SAE two-pin battery-harness family uses bare-copper conductors and PVC insulation, with an IP11 reference and a black two-core/two-pin selection. The 7.5A fuse reference accompanies named golf-cart and motorcycle battery connections. Confirm the required voltage, terminal arrangement and complete outer construction before the exact harness and equipment connection are selected.
Agree the required electrical version
Match the chosen voltage to the intended battery and equipment, reviewing the 6V/12V and 12V/24V references for the required version. Keep the 7.5A fuse reference separate from the required lead current. Obtain information for the selected electrical construction before the full connection arrangement is agreed.
Specify the ring or open-wire termination
Define the exact ring or open-wire terminal arrangement on the end drawing. Match the SAE two-pin connection and required polarity to the equipment. Retain the selected terminal preparation and mating requirements with the complete conductor arrangement when the physical harness request is prepared.
Complete the conductor and outer layers
Keep bare-copper conductors and PVC insulation on the material drawing. Agree the exact outer-layer materials and their roles for the finished assembly. Match the 0.5mm2 and 2468/20AWG references to the selected two-core arrangement, obtaining construction information that describes the complete chosen harness.
Confirm the flex-life reference scope
Check the unit and applicable conditions of the ≥100000 flex-life reference for the selected construction. Retain that clarified scope with the required operating and equipment information. Use the same full material and end drawing when discussing the intended installation requirements.
Finish the physical battery-harness request
Agree the required length using the 1m or custom reference, retaining black colour and the selected two-core/two-pin arrangement. State the quantity needed with the approved voltage, terminal and material requirements. Keep those physical details with the current, polarity and exact equipment connection.
