TPS flat PVC copper cable enquiries include 2- or 3-core constructions and conductor areas of 1.5, 2.5 and 4mm². Conductor material is specified as 99.99% copper, with solid or stranded choices. The TPS specification is 450/750V with a 75°C normal operating temperature.
Select the actual area, core arrangement and finished PVC construction required by the power, lighting or housing circuit.
Put the conductor areas and earth layout in one drawing
Give the insulated-conductor and earth dimensions with explicit units. Add the required conductor construction, finished insulation and jacket dimensions, and the overall flat profile. Include terminal fit and finished connection lengths so the selected cable has a complete construction schedule for the actual circuit.
Which colours and operating conditions apply to the cable?
Blue, black, white, red and purple outer-colour choices are offered for the selected solid or stranded version. Described core colours include red, black and green/yellow. Keep internal and external colour requirements with the same area and core schedule being considered.
Provide actual circuit load, the complete working-temperature range, route and exposure for the intended housing or surface-wiring connection. Retain those conditions with the selected copper conductor and PVC layers.
Define the applicable evidence and supply-length request
Request AS/NZS5000.2:2006, SAA or ISO9001 scope for the exact TPS construction and project requirements. A 1m offering is available. State the required circuit lengths and total quantity with the reviewed area, earth, colour and finished-layer drawing when requesting the cable quotation.
