For robot-arm, cable-chain and automation connections, TRVVSP enquiries include highly flexible twisted-pair cable with braided shielding. The conductor is stranded oxygen-free copper, with PVC insulation and jacket in the described 300/500V construction. Oil resistance and super-soft features belong to this machine-cable enquiry.
Set the requested size and pair/core drawing
Core requirements include 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16, with 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 4mm or 6mm size enquiries. Define exact conductor-size units and the conductor count within each pair. Add strand dimensions, finished shape and PVC layers to the chosen robot-connection drawing.
What braided shielding and movement does the installation need?
Specify the required braid geometry, shield termination and terminal arrangement for the selected cable. Include actual movement, load, route and exposure for the cable-chain or automation duty. State the complete required working-temperature range with the same pair, strand and finished-layer construction being considered.
For a 15-million-bend requirement, agree the applicable test conditions and evidence for the exact cable and motion duty. Identify the chosen dimensions and movement arrangement in that enquiry. Retain those requirements with the finished pair/core drawing used to review the machine connection.
Quote the defined braided pair version for the robot lengths
Send the required pair/core map and braid geometry with the OEM/ODM enquiry for the robot connection. Requested lengths can include the 1m offering; the minimum order is 100 metres. Detail total quantity, finished supply lengths and actual machine-duty conditions with the selected PVC and termination drawing for the chosen TRVVSP version.
