Ultra-flexible silicone cable wire is presented for 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 AWG enquiries, with high-temperature, heat-resistant and flame-retardant functions. The described wire has a round, stranded single core and a 600V rating. Tinned copper, pure copper or requested materials can be specified.
What actual working range does the five-gauge enquiry need?
Give the full operating-temperature requirement, continuous duty, circuit load and surroundings. For a -60°C to 200°C or -55°C to 150°C requirement, request the corresponding finished construction. Include the physical wire route and assembly space when the proposed conductor and insulation are evaluated.
Define the individual gauge and strand arrangement
Specify copper material, strand count and conductor dimensions for the required AWG size. Individual wire-size choices span 0.1–3.0mm or custom. Give the finished silicone diameter and any connector-fit requirements so the drawing, quotation and sample concern one particular electrical component.
Arrange the sample's applicable flame evidence
Identify the chosen 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 AWG lead and actual thermal duty when requesting a free sample. Datasheets and test or quality-system audit reports can be requested for the material assessment, with applicable VW-1 or FT-1 evidence where required. Temperature and oil resistance remain described functions alongside flame retardancy for the proposed silicone construction.
A 1m option and silicone choices at 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG are provided; obtain matched supply details for the required 2–10AWG construction. Custom insulation, conductors, connectors and drum, box or other packing can be requested. Give finished lead lengths and total quantity with the sample specification and actual operating-duty requirements of the intended connection.
