Ultra-soft silicone wire for UAV enquiries is described with a stranded tinned-copper single core and round or custom shape. A stated 600V rating accompanies several thermal choices. The selected AWG, strand construction and working duty need to identify one finished wire for the intended connection.
Select the thermal duty before the finished construction
State the operating-temperature range and continuous duty required by the UAV or equipment circuit. For a -60°C to 200°C or -55°C to 150°C requirement, request the construction applicable to that duty. Include the actual surroundings, circuit load and route with the proposed conductor specification.
Define the strand size and requested 6–16 AWG
Individual strand-size choices span 0.1–3.0mm, with custom construction also open to enquiry. Give strand size and count, conductor AWG and finished insulation dimensions together. For any of the requested 6 through 16 AWG sizes, the quotation should identify the particular conductor and shape being evaluated.
Arrange the sample and evidence for the chosen wire
Free samples, datasheets, test reports and quality-system audit reports are offered. Temperature, oil and flame resistance are described; request applicable VW-1 evidence when required. Identify the exact sample construction and project document scope needed to evaluate that same proposed wire.
Specify connectors and packing with the supply lengths
Custom insulation, conductor construction, connectors and packing can be requested through the OEM or ODM enquiry. Drum, box and custom packing choices are named. Give the finished lengths and total quantity with the chosen thermal duty and any connector requirement so the supply request remains tied to one UAV-wire construction.
