This PVC USB-C-to-DC charging-cable request features a PD trigger/emulator and conversion role. A 20 AWG construction and 12, 15 or 20 V power requirements provide the featured starting brief, with the actual barrel interface, wire build and supplied output to be selected.
Resolve the receiving barrel connection
Agree the actual 5525 or 5521 barrel arrangement with the device socket. Identify connector gender, dimensions and polarity together so the supplied cable has a defined receiving interface.
Retain the two-pin and surface-mount requirements within their actual component or assembly scope. The complete end arrangement and pin assignment should be clear alongside the chosen barrel specification.
Match the trigger role to the source
Select the actual 5, 9, 12, 15 or 20 V output requirement and agree current/power demand with the receiving device. Define how the trigger/emulator arrangement works with the chosen PD source and its applicable output profile.
Keep the requested conversion function and selected output within one electrical brief. The source, cable arrangement and device input must describe the same intended charging connection.
Choose wire, finish and route
Agree actual 2464 wire construction in 28, 24 or 20 AWG, retaining the featured 20 AWG requirement where selected. Resolve white versus black cable/insulation finish and choose the required nickel or gold connector finish.
Set the supplied length
Available reach requirements include 1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2 and 3 m. Select the exact length for the installation and combine it with actual barrel/polarity, wire, finish and trigger/output details in the completed charging-cable specification.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
