    Multi-Core Power Cable

The four-core VV22 electric power cable uses copper conductors, PVC insulation and steel-tape armour, with a 0.6/1kV rating. Its technical selection is 50mm2. Complete the selected cable through the individual conductor allocation and final sheath requirements of the power circuit, retaining the steel-tape build for cable-end selection.

Keep steel tape with the material drawing

Identify conductor copper, PVC insulation and steel-tape armour separately on the construction reference. Agree the final sheath and review the complete layer build for the cable being ordered. Compare alternatives against that full description and assess preparation and compatible STA terminations for the actual selected construction.

Define the four conductor requirements

Give each conductor a required section, electrical duty and equipment connection using the project circuit. Keep the individual allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection. Review the proposed cable ends with that configuration so the connection requirements are definite before preparation and quantities are completed.

Review installation and exact IEC scope

Obtain installation information applicable to the selected steel-tape-armoured build and consider the route, equipment access and available connection space. If IEC 60502 scope is required, identify the applicable part, edition and acceptance conditions. Review matching selected-construction documents for the relevant installation and retain the exact criterion with the approved drawing.

Complete physical length independently

Give required cable cut length separately from conductor-area notation. Include the approved allocation, full material build, final sheath and agreed STA cable ends with the final order quantities. Keep the circuit and construction references beside the exact project requirement so the electrical configuration, selected layers, installation conditions and physical quantities remain consistently defined.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
