TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
VV22 provides copper conductors with PVC insulation and steel-tape armour in a four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical selection is 50mm2. Retain the full STA material requirements and individual conductor arrangement when comparing the cable with the circuit, equipment connections and physical quantities needed for the intended installation route.
Describe the steel-tape layers precisely
Use copper as the conductor material, PVC as the insulation and steel tape as the armour arrangement on the full construction drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to complete the selected build. Obtain preparation information for that finished cable and retain its layer description when the compatible cable ends are reviewed.
Define the four-core circuit allocation
State every conductor's required section, electrical function and equipment connection using the circuit drawing. Keep this allocation beside the 50mm2 selection during the technical review. Choose ends compatible with the approved arrangement and complete cable construction before finalizing the required end preparation and physical quantities for the installation.
Review route access and exact project requirements
Obtain installation information applicable to the chosen cable and intended route. Check the preparation space and access available at both equipment connections. Keep the material and circuit drawings together when agreeing connection allowances and any precise project acceptance request and supporting documents required for the selected construction.
Complete the physical cable cuts
List cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, separately from the conductor-area notation. Include agreed allowances for preparation and connections. Use the finalized outer sheath, approved conductor allocation, compatible cable ends and applicable installation information when completing the purchase schedule for the required steel-tape-armoured power cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
