TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJV uses copper conductors and XLPE insulation in a non-armoured four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. Its technical selection is 50mm2, with an IEC 60502 reference. Develop the full construction drawing and circuit allocation together when deciding the required cable, compatible ends and physical quantities for the installation and equipment connections.
Complete the non-armoured construction for the route
Keep copper conductor material, XLPE insulation and non-armoured construction together on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to describe the selected finished cable. Obtain preparation and installation information appropriate to the chosen build and intended route. Use the complete layer description when comparing cable alternatives with equipment access and the required cable-end arrangement, keeping the non-armoured requirement clear during the review.
Allocate the four conductors and connections
Give each conductor a required section, electrical duty and connection point using the circuit design. Keep the individual allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection during the equipment review. Choose compatible ends from the approved conductor arrangement and full cable construction. Check access and preparation space at both connections before agreeing final terminations and physical end allowances for the route.
Finish the precise evidence and quantity request
Identify the applicable IEC 60502 part and required supporting scope wherever the project specifies them. Review matching documents for the selected construction. Give physical cut lengths and the number of required cuts separately from conductor-area notation, including agreed allowances. Complete the schedule with the final sheath, compatible ends, approved allocation and applicable installation information for the required non-armoured power cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
