The YJV/YJV22 copper power-cable family combines XLPE insulation and PVC sheath with a copper-tape screen and steel-tape armour. It is rated 600/1000V for distribution and supply installations, with UV, abrasion and corrosion resistance. Complete the selected code, conductor allocation and cable ends using one approved construction drawing.
Keep screen and armour separate
Identify the copper-tape screen and steel-tape armour as different requirements in the layer drawing. Retain conductor material, XLPE insulation and PVC sheath with those details. Review preparation and compatible cable ends against the complete screened and armoured build.
Match the coded selection
Choose a designation with a core-size code that belongs to the same construction. Confirm the selected conductor material, core arrangement and nominal section units. Give every conductor an electrical duty and equipment connection, retaining the individual allocation during the termination review.
Define the required working declaration
Agree a consistent working-temperature limit for the chosen cable and installation. Identify any exact project exposure or screening-performance criterion and review matching construction evidence. Keep that requirement separate from the basic copper-screen and armour identities.
Review installation access
Obtain installation information applicable to the selected layer build. Consider the route, equipment access and room needed to prepare the screen, armour and conductors at both ends. Retain those installation details with the approved connection requirements.
Complete physical cable quantities
A 1M(3.28ft) length option is available. State required physical cut length independently of conductor-size notation, including the approved allocation, full construction drawing and agreed cable ends with the order quantities. Retain any project-required declaration or approval document for that selected construction.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
