FeatureUV Resistant abrasion and corrosion resistanceCertificateCCC CE RoHS ISO9001
The YJV/YJV22 power-cable family uses oxygen-free copper conductors, XLPE insulation and a PVC jacket for distribution and transmission. Its rated voltage is 0.6/1kV, with armoured and unarmoured alternatives and UV, abrasion and corrosion resistance. Complete the chosen construction through its compatible designation, conductor allocation and cable-end requirements.
Match the coded construction first
Choose a cable designation with a core-size code that describes the same build. Confirm conductor material, final core arrangement, nominal section units and actual armour for that selection. Give each conductor an electrical duty and equipment connection, keeping the individual allocation with the termination review rather than applying the YJV-family material description to every differently coded choice.
Retain exact material and designation scope
Use the complete selected layer drawing to compare cable alternatives and review preparation for compatible ends. Check the U-1000 R2V and N2XY designation references against that actual construction. Keep conductor, insulation, sheath and armour requirements with the same declared cable reference and any documentation required by the project.
Confirm the working-temperature declaration
Agree a consistent working-temperature limit for the chosen build and installation. Identify any precise environmental or approval criterion needed by the distribution project. Review matching evidence for the selected cable, keeping the relevant installation scope with that requirement.
Complete independent cut-length quantities
A 1M(3.28ft) length option is available. Give physical cable cut length separately from conductor-size notation and include the approved allocation, full construction reference and agreed ends with the order quantities. Obtain applicable installation information, considering the route, equipment access and end-preparation space alongside the selected cable drawing.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
