This YJV22 power cable combines copper conductors and XLPE insulation with steel-tape armour, or STA. It is rated 0.6/1kV in the four-core 50mm2 selection. Use the complete conductor arrangement and material requirements when comparing the proposed cable with the power circuit, route and equipment connections needed by the project.

Use a complete steel-tape construction reference

Carry copper conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour into the construction drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to describe the finished cable. Review preparation information for that complete build, keeping the selected armour arrangement available when the compatible cable ends and installation details are discussed.

Make the four-core allocation explicit

Identify the required section, electrical duty and connection point for each conductor on the circuit drawing. Keep the individual allocation with the 50mm2 selection during the equipment review. Agree the conductor arrangement and cable-end requirements together before the required cut lengths and physical quantities are finalized.

Consider the intended route and equipment access

Obtain installation information applicable to the selected construction and compare it with the proposed route. Check the preparation space and access available at both connections. Keep the finalized material drawing beside the circuit allocation when reviewing cable alternatives and any exact acceptance documents required by the project.

Prepare the physical cable schedule

State the cut lengths in the appropriate length unit and identify the number of required cuts. Keep those quantities independent of conductor-area notation and include agreed end allowances. Finalize the purchase schedule using the complete sheath specification, individual conductor allocation, compatible cable ends and applicable installation details for this STA power cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
