FeatureUV Resistant abrasion and corrosion resistanceCertificateCCC CE RoHS ISO9001
The YJV22 copper power-cable family has steel-tape-armoured construction and a 0.6/1kV rating for distribution, transmission and supply installations. UV, abrasion and corrosion resistance are specified features. Complete the selected cable designation and compatible core-size code together, retaining the actual material and connection requirements on one approved construction drawing.
Choose a consistent coded construction
Use the project cable designation with a core/size description that belongs to the same build. Confirm conductor material, core count and nominal section units for that selected code. Do not let a general family description replace the individual electrical allocation needed at the equipment connections. Review the proposed terminations using the completed conductor schedule and agreed armour construction.
Resolve the insulation and jacket build
Identify PVC and XLPE separately in the approved insulation and jacket assignments. Compare alternative cables using that complete layer drawing, keeping conductor material and armour with the same reference. Review preparation and compatible ends against the actual construction selected for the order. Obtain applicable installation information and consider the route, access at the equipment and room available to prepare both cable connections.
Complete temperature and physical quantities
Agree a consistent working-temperature declaration for the chosen construction and identify any exact project exposure or approval criterion. Review matching documentation for the selected cable and relevant installation scope. A 1M(3.28ft) length option is available; give the required physical cut length independently of the coded conductor-size description. Include the approved designation, individual allocation, full layer build and agreed terminations with the final quantities. Retain these references together so the distribution order identifies one definite construction and connection configuration.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
