TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
ZR-YJV combines copper conductors and XLPE insulation in a flame-retardant non-armoured power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical selection is four cores and 50mm2. Review the required flame-performance criterion with the circuit and full construction drawing when completing compatible cable ends and the physical quantities needed for the installation.
State the exact flame-performance requirement
Flame retardance is part of the cable's construction. Where the project requires a particular class or method, give that criterion precisely and request information corresponding to the selected build. Keep the exact requirement beside the circuit and material drawings when the proposed cable and supporting scope are reviewed.
Complete the non-armoured copper and XLPE build
Retain copper conductor material, XLPE insulation and non-armoured construction on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to describe the finished cable. Obtain preparation information for that chosen build and use the complete layer reference when reviewing compatible cable ends and installation details for the intended route.
Allocate the four conductors individually
Show each conductor's required section, electrical duty and equipment connection using the circuit design. Keep the allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection. Choose ends compatible with the approved conductor arrangement and full build, reviewing the access and preparation space needed at both equipment connections before end allowances are agreed.
Finalize the physical cable schedule
Give physical cut lengths and the number of required cuts in a length unit, separately from conductor-area notation. Include any agreed allowances for preparation and connections. Complete the schedule with the final sheath, approved allocation, compatible ends and applicable installation information, retaining the exact acceptance request with the full cable specification.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
