TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
ZR-YJV uses copper conductors and XLPE insulation in a non-armoured four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV, with a 50mm2 conductor-area configuration. Review the full material drawing and individual conductor requirements against the circuit and equipment connections. Include any precise IEC request before compatible cable ends and physical quantities are finalized for the intended installation route.
Complete the non-armoured construction drawing
Retain copper conductor material, XLPE insulation and non-armoured construction together on the full material reference. Agree the final outer sheath to define the selected finished build. Obtain preparation information for that cable and use the complete layer description when compatible ends and installation requirements are compared with the intended route.
Allocate every conductor to its circuit duty
Give each conductor a required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit design. Keep the individual allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 configuration during the cable review. Choose ends compatible with the approved arrangement and full construction before final end preparation and physical quantities are agreed for the installation.
Identify the exact IEC scope and connection requirements
State the standard number, applicable part and required supporting scope wherever IEC acceptance is specified by the project. Review documents matching the selected construction and precise criterion. Check preparation space and equipment access at both connections, keeping those details with the circuit and material drawings when physical end allowances are agreed.
Finish the installation and cut schedule
Obtain installation information applicable to the chosen build and intended route. List physical cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, separately from conductor area, including agreed connection allowances. Complete the schedule with the final sheath, approved allocation, compatible cable ends and precise acceptance request for the selected non-armoured power cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
