FROM A REFERENCE TO A CLEAR REQUEST
Describe the assembly you need
Discuss the cable, connector and finished-length requirements for your next project. Start with a catalogue reference, drawing, pinout or description of both mating ends.
Use this page to organise a configuration enquiry. Include the application and expected quantity so the requested build and next steps can be reviewed together. A request for a particular material, termination, test or document remains subject to confirmation for that project.

Specify both mating ends
END A
Source or first connection
- Connector reference or dimensioned interface drawing.
- Contact arrangement, gender and orientation.
- Cable-exit direction, locking details and available clearance.
- Any strip length, terminal, lug or prepared-wire requirement.
END B
Receiving or second connection
- Exact mating equipment or connector reference.
- Pin assignment or polarity, with the viewing direction identified.
- Straight or angled geometry and any enclosure constraints.
- Branch count and individual branch lengths, if required.
For a lead with open ends, describe the preparation at each end separately. For a branching assembly, label the branches and their connection points rather than using a single overall length.
A pinout can be supplied as a separate labelled file with the enquiry. Identify the corresponding assembly drawing revision, show the mating-face view and contact numbering, and label End A, End B and any branches consistently across both documents.
Bring cable and termination details together
Identify the starting reference
Share the catalogue product, an existing part reference or a drawing. List the differences you want reviewed so a similar photograph is not mistaken for the requested specification.
Describe the cable construction
State conductor material and nominal size, core or pair arrangement, insulation and outer sheath where relevant. Add shielding, identification colours and actual operating or exposure conditions when specified by your project.
Define dimensions and wiring
Give finished length with units and measurement points. Include tolerances, branch dimensions, pinout, polarity and the drawing revision used for the enquiry.
Confirm the quotation reference
Provide quantity, destination and any required sample or document review. Keep the selected construction, quotation and approved drawing together when confirming the order details.
A useful drawing or sample-reference pack
A marked-up drawing can be more useful than several unlabelled photographs. Show the view used to identify contacts, label both ends, and separate required dimensions from illustrative features.
- Product reference and requested changes.
- End-to-end drawing, units, tolerances and revision.
- Pinout or circuit mapping with connector views.
- Required materials, colours and identification.
- Application, quantity and destination.
- Requested test, report, packaging or marking details.
Request a configuration review
Send your reference, technical requirements and quantity to Qingdao Relia Cables Co., Ltd. Include the drawing revision or connector reference in your message so the discussion stays tied to the intended build.
