This DC 55MM-reference car cigarette-lighter adapter-cable family uses copper conductors with PVC insulation and a PVC jacket. The 18AWG construction carries 12V/24V, 15A, IP44 and -25 to 70°C specifications. Black two-core selections offer three physical lengths, with the full DC mating dimensions and equipment connection to be confirmed for the chosen lead.
Confirm the DC reference and mating arrangement
Define the exact DC end dimensions corresponding to the 55MM reference on the selected drawing. Match the required connector arrangement and polarity to the source and equipment. Keep those complete mating requirements with the cigarette-lighter connection before cable preparation and compatible ends are finalized.
Retain the complete operating and material scope
Keep the copper conductor, PVC insulation and PVC jacket with the 18AWG construction drawing. Review 12V/24V, 15A, IP44 and -25 to 70°C scope against the selected equipment and intended installation. Retain the stated Not Rated flame classification with those operating requirements. Obtain assembly information matching the chosen end arrangement, wire and required current before the final lead request is settled.
Choose the actual physical length
The black two-core options are 1m, 1.5m and 3m. Agree the required cut and number of leads using the intended equipment path and connection details. Retain the approved DC dimensions, pin/polarity arrangement and full material/operating scope beside that physical schedule. Complete the request using the same exact selected cable and equipment requirements throughout the assembly review.
