BBTRZ four-core cable is intended for emergency power supply, using copper conductors and mineral insulation in a flexible, fire-resistant construction. Its rated voltage is 0.6/1kV. The four-core arrangement gives the emergency circuit design a specific conductor layout to review.

Match the cable with the emergency circuit requirement

Identify the circuit duty and any exact fire-performance criterion in the project specification. A numbered IEC method or required survival duration should be checked for the selected construction. Include the applicable installation conditions in that assessment so the required emergency function is reviewed against the final cable and circuit build.

Allocate four cores on the drawing

Assign each conductor's duty and required section from the electrical design. Core count alone does not establish the function of an individual conductor. Keep the allocation with the equipment connections and proposed termination arrangement so the cable schedule uses a clear reference.

Which sheath and installation details are required?

Specify the final sheath construction with the copper conductors and mineral insulation. Confirm permitted bending and handling details for the selected flexible cable, then coordinate the route with cable-end preparation and available connection space. This completes the installation description without assuming an LSOH or metal sheath from the family name.

Keep the order dimensions separate

The current technical option pairs 50mm2 with four cores. Confirm the individual conductor sections and physical cable length as separate requirements. Include the approved construction drawing, conductor allocation and cable-end details with the emergency schedule so the final configuration can be reviewed against the complete project specification.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
