Customizable flexible tinned-copper silicone wire is presented in requested 14, 18, 20, 22 or 24AWG constructions, with 2-, 4-, 6- or 8-core cable enquiries. A round, stranded single-core wire is described at 600V. Define the required finished cable arrangement when requesting the construction needed by the electrical equipment.
Which core arrangement and each-conductor gauge are required?
State the chosen core count and individual conductor size with the finished cable geometry. Give conductor dimensions, strand construction and silicone insulation dimensions in a drawing. Obtain a matched specification for the requested multicore arrangement so the proposed component can be assessed for the intended connection.
Define the actual working range for the selected construction
The described individual wire has a stated rated temperature of 200°C, while actual working temperature is custom. Give the complete operating range, circuit load, continuous duty and surroundings required by the equipment. Keep those conditions with the selected core arrangement and finished dimensions when defining the proposed cable.
Request the applicable evidence for that same cable
Flame resistance is described with VW-1. Where the project requires applicable test evidence, identify the selected conductor, insulation and finished arrangement in the request. The construction specification should remain tied to the actual equipment requirements and the cable dimensions under review.
Set the lengths and quantity for a custom quotation
A 1m option is offered with other silicone gauges. Provide the required core count, each-conductor size, finished lengths and total quantity with the selected drawing. Obtain a quotation identifying the matched construction, actual working duty and connection-fit requirements needed by the electrical assembly.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
