Functioncharging and connector
This fused SAE two-pin quick-disconnect-to-alligator lead serves car-battery charging connections and named solar accessory use. Copper/PVC construction and PVC insulation accompany yellow or black selections. Match the selected cable gauge and current/fuse arrangement to the 12–24V input and equipment requirements before agreeing the complete physical lead.
Keep lead input and fuse-component values distinct
The lead-current references are 3A, 5A and 10A, while fuse references include 5A, 7.5A, 10A and 15A choices. The separate component specification is 250V, 1–15A for the fuse. Select the exact fuse value/type with the chosen cable and required circuit current. Retain the lead's 12–24V input scope with that approved electrical arrangement.
Agree the gauge and dimensional drawing
Use the SPT-2 18AWG/16AWG references to choose the required construction. Confirm the dimensional role of the 10mm wire-diameter reference on the complete drawing. Keep the selected gauge, full copper/PVC material requirements and compatible end preparation together when the exact battery lead is assessed.
Match SAE pins and alligator clips to the equipment
Show the required SAE pin and clip arrangement on the selected assembly drawing. Match polarity to the battery and equipment connections. Review the chosen cable/current/fuse combination and applicable installation information before the connection details and physical lead requirements are finalized.
Finish the physical extension request
Confirm the required yellow or black colour and physical length using the 1m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2m, 3m, 5m or requirement-specific references. State the quantity needed with the approved electrical and end arrangement. Keep the dimensional and material drawing beside that physical schedule.
