YJV32 offers high-strength steel-wire-armoured construction with copper conductors and XLPE insulation, rated 0.6/1kV in the four-core 50mm2 selection. Review the required conductor arrangement and complete outer build with the circuit design. Include any exact mechanical acceptance criterion when specifying the selected cable, compatible ends and physical quantities for the installation.

Define the mechanical requirement precisely

Where the project requires a particular strength criterion or class, state it precisely and request supporting information for the selected construction. Keep the requirement beside the full material drawing. Review the exact scope with the proposed cable and intended installation before the final project acceptance request is completed.

Retain the copper, XLPE and steel-wire construction

Carry the conductor, insulation and armour requirements into the full construction description. Agree the final outer sheath as part of the selected build. Obtain preparation information for the completed cable and use that material reference when comparing compatible ends and the installation details required by the intended route.

Allocate the four conductors and connections

Identify each conductor's required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection during the technical review. Check the access and preparation space available at both connections before agreeing the cable-end arrangement and required physical end allowances.

Complete the cut schedule and document request

Give the required physical cut lengths and cut quantities in a length unit, separately from the conductor-area notation. Include any agreed allowances for the connections. Finalize the schedule using the outer sheath, approved core allocation, compatible ends and applicable installation information, keeping the exact acceptance document request with the complete cable specification.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
