This JHS waterproof shielded cable combines Class 5 copper conductors, a 99.995% copper specification, rubber insulation and a rubber jacket for submersible and deep-water pumps. The cable uses a 300/500V designation. Match the selected core/section arrangement, screen construction and cable ends to the pump circuit and its underwater installation requirements.
Connect the pump circuit to a defined core selection
Two-core and three-core combinations each offer 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 and 4mm2 sections. Specify the required conductor functions and pump connections with that complete combination. Other core arrangements from the broader two-to-eight-core family need confirmation. Keep the approved circuit allocation beside the selected cable drawing.
Complete the shielding and rubber layer description
Retain the stated shielded identity and agree the exact screen construction for the chosen version. Show the Class 5 copper conductors, rubber insulation and rubber jacket on the full material drawing. Use that construction reference when selecting compatible ends and obtaining preparation information for the pump installation.
Specify the required underwater operating conditions
Give the immersion conditions, current and working-temperature requirements for the intended pump use. Review applicable information for the selected build and connection arrangement. Keep the agreed operating conditions with the full screen and rubber construction so that the final cable request reflects the installation being assessed.
Review the required documentary scope
EN 50525-2-21 and PNS 35-1:2004 are technical references for scope review. Identify the exact supporting information required, including any CE, RoHS, ISO or CCC documents applicable to the selected cable. Compare those documents with the specified construction and project acceptance request.
Agree cuts and the total quantity
Keep the 1m (3.28ft) length selection distinct from the 100m minimum-order reference. Confirm physical cuts, total cable and connection allowances using the approved core/section and screen arrangements. Include compatible pump ends and the required installation information with the completed order details.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
