RVVP three-core screened flexible control cable uses copper conductors, PVC insulation, braided shielding and a PVC sheath at 300/300V. The working range is −10 to 70°C. Choose the actual conductor-size basis and the role of each of the three cores for the intended control connection.

Draw the three conductor roles with the finished screening connection

Specify unit-qualified conductor dimensions and the required strand construction. Give finished insulation/sheath layers and cable geometry for the selected core arrangement. Include braid termination and equipment contact allocation with terminal dimensions in that three-core drawing.

What equipment interface and route must this core arrangement serve?

Describe the actual control/electrical interface with circuit voltage and load. Give full working-temperature needs, route, movement conditions and exposure. Review the selected conductor dimensions, braid connection and terminal fit against that operating and installation brief.

Request relevant selected-construction electrical, thermal or shielding evidence for the chosen three-core version. Include the conductor-role and finished-layer drawing with the evidence enquiry. Keep the actual contact allocation and connection lengths associated with the same equipment and route requirements.

Request finished lengths against the selected three-core terminal map

Send the reviewed conductor, screening and terminal drawing with required cable lengths and quantity. Identify the individual finished connections for the intended equipment installation. Retain full thermal requirements and routing/movement conditions with that supply brief so the proposed screened control construction is clear.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
