RVVP three-core flexible screened control cable is described for system connections with copper conductors, PVC insulation and a PVC sheath at 300 V. The actual option is three-core, and the working range is −10 to 70°C.
Define the three-conductor system connection
Identify each circuit role and receiving contact for the actual equipment interface. Give conductor dimensions with units, strand construction and terminal preparation. Retain the selected three-core arrangement with circuit voltage/load and the complete contact map. Include the physical connection positions and finished cable geometry on that drawing.
Choose the screen and its end terminations
Specify the required shielding construction, material and treatment at both equipment ends. Keep the selected screen connections with the conductor map and receiving terminals. Define completed PVC insulation/sheath layers and overall dimensions, including any screening acceptance requirements for the actual system connection.

Complete the installation and connection schedule
Describe real routing, movement duty, exposure and full thermal requirements. Compare the chosen three-conductor/shield and terminal arrangement with those operating conditions. Request relevant electrical, thermal or screening information for the selected construction. Give finished connection lengths and quantity with the reviewed system drawing so the proposed supply can be evaluated against the actual receiving contacts and intended wiring route.
