This two-contact SAE adapter-cable family serves vehicle, battery and named solar accessory connections, with a DC 12–24V input and 4.2mm pitch reference. Define the required spade/clip-to-SAE or SAE-bullet male-to-male arrangement before choosing the exact assembly. Keep the selected conductor material, gauge and equipment connection requirements with that approved end drawing.
Agree the connector path at both ends
Identify the equipment connection required at each end of the lead. Show the selected spade, clip or SAE-bullet arrangement and mating details on the drawing. Review the two-contact layout and 4.2mm pitch reference against the chosen equipment, retaining the required pin arrangement when the exact connector configuration is agreed.
Choose the conductor and confirm gauge units
The material alternatives are bare copper, CCS or CCA. Select the required conductor with the exact SPT-1 construction. Confirm the gauge specification, including the original 18AWG/16AWF notation, before the selected wire is finalized. Keep that agreed material/gauge combination with the required current and DC equipment requirements during the cable comparison.
Finish polarity, installation and physical details
Match polarity to the equipment connection drawing and obtain information for the chosen assembly and intended installation. Agree the custom physical length, colour arrangement and number of leads needed. The black, white, green and orange colour references should accompany the selected physical request. Retain the full end configuration, conductor specification, confirmed gauge units and current/polarity requirements together so that the cable construction and physical schedule describe the same agreed adapter.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
