This waterproof GX12 male-to-female aviation-connector harness uses copper cores with PVC insulation and a PVC jacket for named vehicle/CCTV and equipment connections. Two-to-six-core and two-to-six-pin choices define separate selection dimensions. Agree the exact core/pin combination and wiring map with the required gauge, electrical and physical construction for the intended equipment.

Define the selected core and pin combination

Core choices are two, three, four, five or six, while pin choices are independently two, three, four, five or six. Specify both counts for the required assembly. Show how the selected conductors connect to the connector terminals on the wiring drawing, retaining each required circuit and connection detail with that exact combination.

Choose the gauge and electrical requirements

Use the 12V/24V and 18–28AWG family references to agree the selected wire/current arrangement. Keep copper conductor material, PVC insulation and the PVC jacket on the full drawing. Match the pin mapping and required polarity to the chosen equipment, obtaining information for the complete assembly and intended installation.

Retain the waterproof end configuration

Review the selected GX12 male and female connections with the required waterproof arrangement. Keep the complete mating and preparation details beside the wiring map. Use the exact equipment connection requirements when the ends and finished cable construction are finalized for the intended vehicle/CCTV application.

Agree physical length and quantity

Confirm the required black-colour harness and physical length from the centimetre, metre or custom family references. Retain the chosen unit with the selected schedule and state the number of harnesses needed. Complete the request with the approved core/pin map, gauge/current and full end arrangement.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
