UsageElectrical, instrumentation,automation equipment, building intercome
This ground/earth-wire request features yellow/green single-core copper and 0.3, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5 or 2.5 mm² requirements. Its actual one-meter RV choices need a selected material, insulation and conductor arrangement to define the supplied grounding lead.
Specify the grounding role and construction
Identify the equipment's actual ground/earth connection and receiving termination. Agree the yellow/green finish and one-meter route with that connection, without substituting a color choice for a complete grounding specification.
Construction choices include copper, tinned copper or CCA; stranded or solid conductor; and single or multiple cores. Select the actual PVC, FEP, XLPE or nylon insulation/jacket arrangement for the supplied version.
Connect RV labels to area and style
The actual RV labels run through 0.3, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 4.0 and 6.0 mm. Resolve their physical units and conductor dimensions against the requested nominal areas.
Agree the applicable H07V-U/R/K, BVR, BV, RV, THHN or THWN style with the chosen material and core construction. Keep custom diameter and strand requirements attached to that single selected build.
Set electrical and application conditions
Choose the actual 300/500 V, 300/300 V, 450/750 V or custom requirement and complete equipment load. Clarify the temperature unit and applicable operating conditions for the selected grounding wire.
Define the actual appliance, electronic, lighting, instrumentation, automation or building-intercom connection. Obtain applicable material-purity and approval support for that construction, retaining its grounding function and terminations in the completed specification.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
