YJLV offers aluminium conductors and XLPE insulation in a non-armoured four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The 50mm2 technical selection should be considered with the circuit's conductor requirements and equipment connections. Complete the final outer build and compatible cable ends as part of the chosen construction before the physical cable quantities are settled.

Complete the non-armoured build for the intended route

Retain aluminium conductor material, XLPE insulation and non-armoured construction on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath and obtain installation information applicable to the finished build. Compare that construction with the intended route and equipment access requirements. Keep preparation information for the selected cable available when the cable-end arrangement and required connection space are reviewed.

Give the aluminium conductors a defined allocation

State every conductor's required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Use the individual allocation with the four-core 50mm2 selection during the technical review. Choose cable ends compatible with aluminium conductors and the complete cable build. Confirm access and preparation space at both ends before agreeing the termination details and end allowances needed by the route.

Assemble the final quantity and acceptance request

List the physical length and quantity of each required cut in the purchase schedule, with any agreed allowances for the connections. Keep the conductor-area notation distinct from those length measurements. If the project has a particular acceptance criterion, state it precisely and obtain documents for the selected construction. Complete the schedule with the approved core allocation, final sheath, compatible ends and applicable installation information.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
