YJLV22 brings aluminium conductors, XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour together in a four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical selection is 50mm2. Review the aluminium conductor arrangement with the intended equipment connections, then complete the outer construction and physical cable quantities for the required power circuit.

Aluminium connections begin with the conductor drawing

Give each of the four conductors an electrical function, required section and connection point in the circuit design. Use this allocation when choosing compatible cable ends for the aluminium conductors. Keep the equipment requirements beside the 50mm2 selection so the final drawing describes an agreed electrical arrangement. Review the access and connection space needed to prepare and connect each end of the chosen cable.

Describe the XLPE and STA layers together

XLPE provides the specified insulation material, while steel tape describes the armour arrangement. Carry those layer details and aluminium conductor material into the finished construction description. Add the agreed outer sheath and obtain installation and preparation information for the resulting build. Cable alternatives can then be compared on a complete material basis, with the required armour and connection arrangements retained throughout the review.

Translate the chosen build into order details

Specify physical cable cut lengths and the number of required cuts separately from the conductor-area notation. Include agreed end allowances, final sheath and cable-end choices with the cable quantities. State any exact project acceptance requirement and obtain corresponding documents for the selected construction where needed. The circuit allocation, full material drawing and cut schedule should describe the same four-core aluminium power cable before the order details are completed.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
