The YJLV22 aluminum power-cable range is intended for underground power distribution and is rated 0.6/1kV. Its specified construction uses XLPE insulation and a PVC jacket, with UV, abrasion and corrosion resistance. Complete the selected core-size configuration and armour details using the construction drawing required by the distribution project.

Compare the actual core-size choices

The available YJLV22 codes include two-, three-, four- and five-core arrangements. Choose the exact coded size required and confirm its nominal conductor-section units. Keep the individual electrical duties and equipment connections with that selection, using the completed allocation for the cable-end review rather than assigning functions from core count.

Identify the selected armour

Specify steel-tape or steel-wire armour explicitly on the approved drawing for the chosen construction. Retain aluminum conductor material, XLPE insulation and PVC jacket with that armour requirement. Review preparation and compatible terminations against the actual layer build.

Define the working and exposure conditions

Agree a consistent working-temperature declaration for the selected cable. Identify any precise environmental criterion required by the underground installation and review matching evidence for the actual build and relevant scope. Keep the ordinary UV, abrasion and corrosion resistance features separate from any individually specified measured class.

Complete length and connection quantities

A 1M(3.28ft) physical-length option is available. State the required cable cut length separately from conductor-size notation, including the approved core allocation, full construction reference and agreed cable ends with the order. Consider the route, access and end-preparation space using installation information applicable to that build. Retain any project-required declaration or certificate with the selected cable reference.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
