This aluminium power cable combines XLPE insulation with a PVC sheath at a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV. Separate three-core and four-core options are available. Choose the required core arrangement and confirm the conductor section before completing the circuit allocation, compatible connections and physical quantities for the selected cable and intended installation.

Choose the core option and exact conductor section

Select the three-core or four-core arrangement required by the circuit, and give the exact section on the approved conductor drawing. Identify every conductor's electrical duty and equipment connection. Keep the selected count and individual requirements together when the proposed cable is reviewed before final construction and cable-end details are agreed.

Retain the XLPE and PVC layer roles

Use XLPE as the insulation material and PVC as the sheath requirement, alongside aluminium conductor material. Carry those separate layer details into the full construction drawing. Obtain preparation information for the chosen build and compare the complete material description with the connection and installation requirements of the intended route.

Review compatible aluminium ends and installation details

Choose cable ends compatible with the selected conductor sections, aluminium material and complete cable construction. Check the equipment access and space needed for preparation at both connections. Obtain applicable installation information, retaining the approved core allocation and material drawing when any precise project acceptance criterion and supporting documents are reviewed.

State physical cable lengths in a length unit

Give the required cut lengths and quantities explicitly, including any agreed allowances for preparation and connections. Keep those measurements separate from conductor-area requirements and the chosen core count. Complete the purchase schedule using the confirmed section, selected core arrangement, full material drawing, compatible ends and applicable installation information for the required power cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
