TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJLV combines aluminium conductors and XLPE insulation in a non-armoured four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. Its technical section selection is 50mm2. Complete the conductor arrangement and full material drawing using the circuit and equipment requirements, including any precise IEC request when compatible ends and physical quantities are agreed for the intended installation route.
Complete the aluminium conductor allocation
Give each conductor a required section, electrical duty and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the individual allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection when reviewing the proposed cable. Choose compatible ends using the aluminium conductor arrangement and full construction. Check the access and preparation space available at both connections before agreeing final terminations and physical end allowances for the route.
Describe the non-armoured build in full
Retain aluminium conductor material, XLPE insulation and non-armoured construction together on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to define the finished cable. Obtain installation and preparation information for that selected build and compare it with the intended route. Keep the complete construction reference alongside the approved allocation when cable alternatives and their compatible end arrangements are reviewed.
Finalize exact acceptance and physical quantities
Identify the IEC standard number, applicable part and required supporting scope wherever the project specifies IEC acceptance. Check the document request against the selected construction. State physical cut lengths and quantities independently of conductor-area notation, including agreed connection allowances. Complete the purchase schedule using the final sheath, compatible aluminium ends, approved allocation and applicable installation information for the required power cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
