For power projects requiring an aluminium conductor option, YJLV22 combines XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour in a four-core cable rated 0.6/1kV. Its technical selection is 25mm2. Define the complete conductor arrangement and outer build with the project drawing before settling compatible connections and the physical cable quantities.

State the aluminium conductor allocation

Show each core's required section, duty and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the four-core 25mm2 selection beside that allocation when comparing the proposed cable with the project's electrical requirements. Complete the individual details before selecting the final cable ends for the aluminium conductors.

Retain steel tape in the layer description

Use the specified XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour requirements alongside the aluminium conductor material. Add the agreed final outer sheath to complete the construction drawing. Obtain preparation information applicable to that chosen build and review the available equipment access and space for the proposed connections.

Request the exact IEC scope

Give the standard number and applicable part where the project has a particular IEC requirement. Review supporting documents for the selected cable construction and requested acceptance scope. Keep that reference with the full material drawing so the technical requirement and proposed build can be considered together.

Finalize the cable quantities

Provide physical cut lengths in a length unit and identify the number of cuts required for the project. Keep conductor-area notation separate from those quantities. Include agreed end allowances, compatible cable ends, the finalized outer sheath and the conductor allocation with the purchase schedule for this power-project cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
