TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
This YJLV22 aluminium power cable uses XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour, rated 0.6/1kV in the four-core 50mm2 selection. Develop the full conductor arrangement and material drawing using the circuit requirements. Complete compatible aluminium ends and physical cable quantities against the selected STA build, equipment connections and intended installation route.
State the individual core duties
Give every conductor a required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the individual allocation with the four-core 50mm2 selection during the cable review. Settle that arrangement before the final connection preparation and physical quantity details are agreed.
Retain the steel-tape layer requirement
Use aluminium conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour together on the full construction drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to define the finished build. Obtain preparation information for the selected cable and retain the complete material description when the compatible ends are assessed.
Match the aluminium equipment connections
Choose ends compatible with the aluminium conductors and full cable construction. Check the equipment access and space needed to prepare and connect both ends. Keep those details with the circuit allocation when the connection requirements and physical end allowances are agreed.
Review installation and exact project criteria
Obtain installation information applicable to the selected construction and proposed route. State any precise acceptance criterion and request matching chosen-build documents where needed. Retain the full material reference with the approved conductor drawing throughout the technical cable review.
Finish the physical cut schedule
List required cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, separately from conductor area. Include agreed allowances, the finalized sheath and compatible aluminium ends. Use the approved allocation, complete construction and applicable installation details to finalize the power cable purchase request.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
