TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
This YJLV aluminium conductor power cable has XLPE insulation and non-armoured construction, rated 0.6/1kV in the four-core 50mm2 selection. Complete the conductor allocation and outer build around the required circuit and equipment connections. Use the finished cable description when agreeing compatible ends, installation details and the physical quantities needed for the route.
Agree the complete non-armoured material drawing
Retain aluminium conductor material, XLPE insulation and non-armoured construction as requirements for the selected cable. Add the agreed final outer sheath to the full drawing. Obtain preparation information for that finished build and use the complete layer description when comparing cable ends and installation requirements against the intended route.
Allocate the four aluminium conductors
State each conductor's required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the allocation with the 50mm2 technical selection during the equipment review. Choose cable ends compatible with aluminium and the complete chosen construction, confirming the preparation space and access available at both connections.
Keep installation and exact acceptance details together
Review installation information applicable to the selected cable and intended route. Retain the material and conductor drawings when the end allowances and preparation details are agreed. If the project requires a particular acceptance criterion, identify it precisely and request corresponding documents for the chosen complete cable build.
Specify physical cuts in their own units
Give cut lengths in a length unit with the quantity of required cuts and any agreed connection allowances. Keep the 50mm2 section notation independent of those measurements. Include the finalized sheath, conductor allocation, compatible aluminium ends and applicable installation information with the completed power cable purchase schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
