TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJLV combines aluminium conductors and XLPE insulation in a non-armoured power cable rated 0.6/1kV, with a four-core 50mm2 configuration. Review the complete material description alongside the individual conductor duties. Agree compatible aluminium connections, any precise IEC acceptance request and physical quantities using the selected build and the intended installation route.
Bring the conductor and connection requirements together
Allocate each conductor a required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep that allocation with the four-core 50mm2 configuration throughout the cable comparison. Choose ends compatible with the aluminium conductors and finished construction. Review the equipment access and preparation space before the end arrangement and physical connection allowances are settled for the intended route.
Complete the outer material specification
Retain the aluminium conductor, XLPE insulation and non-armoured description on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to finish the selected cable build. Obtain preparation and installation details applicable to that complete construction. Use those details with the conductor arrangement when evaluating compatible ends and the installation requirements, keeping the material drawing available for the final technical discussion.
Close the precise IEC and quantity request
Identify the exact IEC number, applicable part and supporting scope wherever the project requires that acceptance reference. Check matching selected-build information against the precise criterion. Record physical cut lengths and their quantities separately from conductor area, including agreed end allowances. Complete the request with the final sheath, approved allocation and compatible aluminium connections, retaining the circuit and material references with the required physical cable schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
