TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJLV22 brings aluminium conductors and XLPE insulation together with steel-tape armour in a four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical selection is 50mm2. Compare this STA construction with the circuit and connection requirements, completing the final outer build and any precise IEC acceptance request needed for the project.
What exact IEC requirement belongs to the project?
Identify the standard number, applicable part and required supporting scope when the project specifies IEC acceptance. Check the requested information against the selected cable construction. Keep the precise criterion available with the circuit and material drawings when the cable and corresponding document requirements are reviewed.
Retain aluminium, XLPE and steel tape in the build
Place the conductor material, insulation and armour requirements together on the full construction drawing. Agree the final outer sheath and obtain preparation information for that finished build. Use the selected steel-tape arrangement when compatible aluminium cable ends and installation details are compared with the route requirements.
Allocate each of the four conductors
Show the required section, electrical duty and equipment connection for each conductor using the circuit design. Keep the individual allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection. Review the space and access needed to prepare and connect both ends before agreeing the final compatible terminations and connection allowances.
Finalize the physical cable request
Give the required cut lengths and number of cuts in a length unit, with any agreed allowances for the connections. Keep the conductor-area notation separate from these physical measurements. Include the finalized sheath, approved conductor allocation, compatible ends and applicable installation information with the exact acceptance request in the purchase schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
