TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJLV32 combines aluminium conductors and XLPE insulation with steel-wire armour in a four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical selection is 50mm2. Review the conductor arrangement and complete material build with the circuit and equipment connections, completing compatible cable ends and the physical quantities needed for the intended installation route.
Define the aluminium conductor duties and ends
Identify every conductor's required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the individual allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection during the cable review. Choose ends compatible with aluminium and the completed construction, checking equipment access and preparation space before the final termination arrangement is agreed.
Complete the steel-wire construction description
Retain aluminium conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to describe the selected finished build. Obtain preparation information for that cable and use its complete layer reference when compatible ends and installation requirements are compared with the intended route.
Review the route and exact acceptance request
Obtain installation information applicable to the chosen cable construction and proposed route. Keep the material and circuit drawings together when discussing connection allowances and equipment access. If a precise acceptance criterion is required, identify it and request corresponding selected-build documents for the complete cable and intended installation.
Give physical cut lengths separately
Record the required cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, independently of conductor-area notation. Include agreed allowances for preparation and connections. Complete the schedule using the final sheath, approved allocation, compatible aluminium cable ends and applicable installation information, retaining the exact project request with the full power cable specification.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
