TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
This YJLV32 aluminium power cable uses XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour at 0.6/1kV in a four-core 50mm2 selection. Retain the individual conductor arrangement and complete SWA material requirements during the circuit review. Complete compatible aluminium ends and physical quantities using the required equipment connections, selected outer build and intended installation route.
Keep steel-wire armour in the full material drawing
Use aluminium conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour as separate requirements for the selected construction. Agree the final outer sheath on the full drawing. Obtain preparation information for that finished build and retain the material description when compatible cable ends are compared with the route and equipment requirements.
Define the individual conductor duties
Show each conductor's required section, electrical function and connection point on the circuit design. Keep the allocation with the four-core 50mm2 selection during the technical review. Choose ends compatible with aluminium and the approved full construction before final end preparation and physical quantity details are agreed for the installation.
Review the equipment access and project criterion
Check the space and access available to prepare and connect both cable ends. Obtain installation information applicable to the selected construction and intended route. Keep the material and circuit drawings together when agreeing connection allowances and any precise acceptance request and supporting documents required for the chosen power cable.
Complete the physical cable schedule
Give required cut lengths and the number of cuts in a length unit, independently of the 50mm2 conductor-area notation. Include agreed allowances for preparation and connections. Finalize the purchase schedule with the outer sheath, approved allocation, compatible aluminium ends and applicable installation information for the selected steel-wire-armoured cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
