TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJLV32 combines aluminium conductors, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour at 0.6/1kV in the four-core 50mm2 configuration. Retain the individual conductor arrangement and full SWA material requirements when comparing the cable with the circuit and equipment connections. Complete compatible aluminium ends and physical quantities using the selected outer build and intended installation route.
Give the four conductors defined duties
State every conductor's required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the allocation with the four-core 50mm2 configuration during the cable review. Agree that arrangement before final cable-end preparation and physical quantity details are settled.
Complete the steel-wire layer description
Retain aluminium conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to define the finished build. Obtain preparation information for that selected cable and keep the complete construction reference available when compatible ends are assessed.
Match the aluminium equipment connections
Choose ends compatible with the aluminium conductors and approved full construction. Check the equipment access and space needed to prepare and connect both ends. Retain those details with the circuit allocation when the connection requirements and physical end allowances are agreed for the installation.
Review installation and the precise project request
Obtain installation information applicable to the selected construction and intended route. Name any exact acceptance criterion and request matching chosen-build documents where required. Keep the material and conductor drawings together during the final technical review of the proposed power cable.
Finalize the physical cable cuts
List required cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, independently of conductor area. Include agreed allowances, the finalized sheath and compatible aluminium ends. Use the approved allocation, complete build and applicable installation details to finish the purchase schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
